The hotel rooms were big, clean, and comfortable; the lounge area was wonderful. The service was very helpful, although one staff member was not friendly or helpful. The location was very good, close to NCSU and easy to find, and only a short distance from event venues. The dining was the best I've seen with a variety of options, but some items were wrapped in plastic. The facilities were well-maintained and included dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry services, and a free shuttle service.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nice, but there were some issues with housekeeping initially, resulting in a room change. Additionally, the cold showers were not ideal. On the positive side, the rooms had a sitting area which I found comfortable and convenient.
My stay at this Hyatt Place was surprisingly pleasant. The room, although not up to the usual Hyatt standards, exceeded my expectations in terms of size and cleanliness. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the layout of the room.
